We are looking forward to the English Reading Competition that we are sponsoring at En Hui School in Thailand. It will be two days starting February 17th. They asked us to fund awards encouraging students to make English speeches that will be graded on pronunciation, fluency, expression, overall presentation in appearance, and the quality of their voice. It is open to junior high and high school students. The winners will present their winning speeches to the whole school during an outdoor assembly on Saturday, February 18th. The first, second, and third winners will receive cash prizes. There will also be a presentation of a special award overall. The awards are designed to improve student's English learning and challenge themselves. The whole competition only required $136 and was sponsored by one Kentucky family.
